Therapy and bad trip integration

Wherever you are on your path, there is support

Every service is tailored to your individual needs, history, and intentions. There is no fixed program — we work together to determine what support makes the most sense for you, for as long as you need it.

INDIVIDUAL · 2 HOURS RECOMMENDED

Preparation Sessions

The quality of your psychedelic experience is shaped profoundly by how you prepare for it. Together we set clear, meaningful intentions, address fears or concerns, strengthen your inner resources, and build the psychological safety that allows for deeper, more transformative work.

Whether you are preparing for a legally supervised Psilocybin, MDMA or Ketamine/Esketamine session, or an Ayahuasca retreat, or for any other experiences — I will help you arrive ready, grounded, and open. Two-hour sessions are recommended to allow sufficient depth.

Integration Sessions

The real work of a psychedelic experience happens in the weeks and months that follow it. Integration is the process of making meaning, translating insights into lasting change, and gently processing whatever arose — including difficult emotions, challenging memories, or unexpected shifts in identity or worldview.

I will walk beside you through this process, helping you ground what you've experienced into your daily life in a way that is sustainable, meaningful, and genuinely healing. Two-hour sessions are recommended at the time of integration to allow space for what needs to emerge.

Bad Trip & Difficult Experience Support

Not every psychedelic experience goes as hoped. A frightening, overwhelming, or destabilising experience — whether in a clinical setting, at a retreat, or in an unguided context — can leave you feeling confused, anxious, re-traumatised, or disconnected from yourself.

I hold specialist training in bad trip integration and working with psychedelic casualties, completed with Sean O'Carroll and the Wild Mind Institute. I offer compassionate, clinically-informed support to help you find your footing, make sense of what happened, and begin to integrate even the most difficult experiences into something meaningful.

GROUP · ONGOING

Group Integration Sessions

Integration does not have to happen in isolation. Group sessions offer the powerful combination of guided therapeutic support and shared community — the recognition that others have had similar experiences, similar questions, and similar struggles.

Drawing on my experience facilitating group Esketamine integration sessions on an active clinical ward, I offer group integration for people who have shared a retreat experience or who are navigating similar journeys. Contact me to discuss upcoming group sessions or to arrange a group for your retreat participants.

Retreat Center Collaboration

For retreat centres and facilitators internationally who want a credentialed Registered Mental Health Nurse on their team. I am available for residential retreat work, travelling to your center to provide clinical preparation, on-site support, and post-retreat integration for your participants.

Having a Bachelor-qualified mental health nurse with specialist PAT training and real-world clinical experience adds both safety and credibility to your programme — and gives your participants the confidence that their wellbeing is being held by someone truly qualified.

PROFESSIONAL · CONSULTANCY

Protocol & Guide Development

Drawing on my experience authoring the preparation and integration guides currently in clinical use on an active mental health ward, I offer consultancy for clinics, retreat centers, and healthcare organisations who want to develop or strengthen their patient-facing materials and clinical protocols.

This includes preparation guides, integration frameworks, screening tools, aftercare programmes, and staff training support — all grounded in current evidence and real-world clinical practice.
